From Yarmouth
Oulton Broad is located between Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft. The Brewery Tap is tucked away discretely in an excellent location of Oulton Broad. Finding us from Great Yarmouth couldn't be easier.
Here you can see on the map that we are closer to Lowestoft than Great Yarmouth. This gives you an idea of the approximate location.
From James Paget Hospital continue along the A12 towards Lowestoft, continue until you see a signposted roundabout towards Beccles A146, this road should be the A1117. Continue along this road towards Beccles / Oulton Broad. There is a big round about with a petrol station next to the railway station. Take the last exit so the petrol station and train station are on your left.
Take your first left (Harbour Road) with CDS computer shop on the corner, where the road starts to bend left, take the right. Park. The Brewery Tap is on the right hand side opposite the industrial units.
Via Train (Oulton Broad North)
If you are catching a train on the Norwich line to Lowestoft then there is a stop nearby to The Brewery Tap, alternatively why not try catching a train from Lowestoft to Oulton Broad North. This map shows the relative location from the train station at Oulton Broad North to the Brewery Tap. It is approximately a 3 minute walk away.
Turn left out of the train station, past the George Borrow on your right, and take another left when you come to the computer shop (CDS) on the corner opposite you. When you come to the part of the road where it starts to bend left take a right until you get to The Brewery Tap on your right. There is a car park for the designated driver.
